For all customers in the US, we offer free 30-day returns after your package is delivered.
- The item must be its original condition, without any signs of wear or damage
- The item must be in its orignal packaging
- Jewelry sets must be returned as the complete set
We do not accept refunds for gift cards, jewelry care kits, or custom pieces.
When we receive your returned item to our warehouse, we will send you a refund approval email. Once we approve your refund, it will typically take 7-10 days to transfer funds. Amtaria does not control refund transaction times.
Depending on the method of payment you used is how your refund will be issued. If you used a debit card/credit card or Apple Pay your refund will be issued to the bank account used. If you used a 3rd party app like Klarna, Afterpay, Paypal, etc, your refund will be issued to your account. If you used a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.
