What is your return policy?
For all customers in the US, we offer 30-day returns after your package is delivered. All returns are subject to a shipping fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The item must be its original condition, without any signs of wear or damage
The item must be in its orignal packaging
Jewelry sets must be returned as the complete set
We do not accept refunds for gift cards, jewelry care kits, or custom pieces.
When we receive your returned item to our warehouse, we will send you a refund approval email. Once we approve your refund, it will typically take 7-10 days to transfer funds. Amtaria does not control refund transaction times.
Depending on the method of payment you used is how your refund will be issued. If you used a debit card/credit card or Apple Pay your refund will be issued to the bank account used. If you used a 3rd party app like Klarna, Afterpay, Paypal, etc, your refund will be issued to your account. If you used a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges of any kind. Kindly return your item and repurchase your preferred item of choice!

How do I determine my ring size?
Instead of going through the process of printing a ring sizer (which you can still do if you find that to be easier), find a piece of string or thin strip of paper and wrap it around your finger. Mark where it overlaps, and then lay it straight and measure the length with a ruler.
Compare the measurement to our ring size chart to find your size:
Ring Size 4: 4.67 cm
Ring Size 5: 4.90 cm
Ring Size 6: 5.19 cm
Ring Size 7: 5.44 cm
Ring Size 8: 5.70 cm
Ring Size 9: 5.95 cm

Why haven't I received my order?
We're sorry to hear it's taking longer than normal! Shipping timelines are approximations. Delivery does not include non-business days (weekends & holidays) or any unexpected delays with courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
Sometimes shipping carriers will leave packages in hidden locations, loose your package, mark it as delivered (even if its not), or mistakenly deliver to the wrong address. You can try leaving a claim with the shipping courier. Feel free to contact us so we can help solve your problem!

Do you have a warranty?
We stand by the quality of our pieces and offer a 2-year warranty on our gold-filled jewelry. In the event something goes wrong, here's everything you need to know about our warranty policy!
Our 2-Year Warranty Covers:
- Defects in Material and Workmanship: If your jewelry has any material or workmanship defects, we'll repair or replace it for free.
- Tarnishing: While gold-filled jewelry is highly resistant to tarnishing, if your piece tarnishes within two years, we've got you covered.
- Broken Chains or Clasps: If your chain or clasp breaks under normal use, we'll repair or replace it.
Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Everyday wear and tear, such as scratches or dullness, aren't covered.
- Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect, including exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, is not covered.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications made by someone other than Amtaria will void the warranty.
- Lost or Stolen Items: Unfortunately, we cannot cover items that are lost or stolen.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at amtaria.com/contact with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos!
- Send It In: We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item to us for inspection.
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered, we'll repair your item or send you a replacement at no cost.
Additional Information:
- Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- Processing Time: Warranty claims are typically processed within 2-4 weeks after we receive your item.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to us. If the issue is covered under warranty, we'll cover the return shipping.
